Climate Savers Computing Initiative is joining together with The Green Grid
On 19th of July, 2012, The Green Grid (TGG) announced that Climate Savers Computing Initiative (CSCI) will move its program and membership under The Green Grid brand to utilize the shared resource together in accelerating the implementation of energy efficiency and sustainability within IT and communication industries.

TGG is the global authority on resource efficient IT and data centers, focusing efforts on business computing ecosystems from all aspects including IT, facility, and infrastructure systems. CSCI, a non-profit group of eco-conscious consumers, businesses and conservation organizations, is dedicated to promoting development, deployment and adoption of smart technology which can both improve computer’s power efficiency and reduce energy consumption from inactive computers. By welcoming CSCI’s into its organization, TGG expects to span the entire computing and communication ecosystems-from data center to personal computers.
